FIRST OF ALL, speaking of "Quality & Productivity" Trutanich...nice try, releasing a NEW DRAFT REVISION on FRIDAY...Rosendahl's office sends out an UPDATE email blast on SATURDAY, for TUESDAY'S meeting...and you forget to send a copy to my attorney, on Friday or Saturday's revisions. THE ITEM NEEDS TO BE POSTPONED, OVER THAT ISSUE, ALONE!
AND: One the 12/13/11 agenda the Venice 42.15 is listed under (Item 13), it's accidentally listed under, "ITEMS THAT ALREADY HAD PUBLIC COMMENT." You sent out NEW REVISION OF ORDINANCE on FRIDAY...a couple months after the last public comment on the item. YOU MUST REOPEN PUBLIC COMMENT! (Won't take up much time, on last week before year-end break, with double the amount of agenda items, each day.)
