MEMO: Koreatown Community Request To Meet With Mafia Cartel Kingpin Mayor Villaraigosa on Redistricting [See Letter Here From Korean American Coalition]

This is admirable, but a JOKE, if anyone thinks Villaraiogsa is ever in L.A. to have this meeting. I hear Mayor Antonio Villaraiogsa (his backed by laundered money), is strong-arming council to approve the redistricting maps as his L.A. RICO MAFIA drew them up, in the first place, and tell the people to SHOVE IT! (So you will see, "MAPS APPROVED BY MONEY LAUNDERED-BACKED MAFIA MAYOR'S PUPPETS on Friday." And K-Town & THE REST OF THE SCREWED DISTRICTS will be there to BRING THE CHAMBER ROOF DOWN! (Better have MEGA-EXTRA security and extra taser cops!) And REMEMBER...7th St Produce Market is just a SHILL for insurance fraud scams, and to move narcotics out of Mexico through U.S. -- AND VILLARAIGOSA NEEDS TO BE CERTAIN IN ENDS UP IN JOSE HUIZAR'S DISTRICT!

RE: REDISTRICTING- Koreatown Community Request Dear Mayor "Capo" Villaraigosa:

 The Wilshire Center Koreatown Neighborhood Council (WCKNC) is comprised predominantly of moderate to low income, limited English proficient, working class families of primarily Latino and Asian (i.e. Korean, Bangladeshi, Filipino, and Mongolian) descent.

 First and foremost, the Korean American Coalition (KAC), on behalf of the residents and stakeholders of the WCKNC and joined by a broad coalition of community and business leaders from the Korean American, Asian American, African American and Latino communities requests a meeting with you prior to Friday, March 16, 2012.

 We would like to meet with you to discuss the flawed redistricting process and to request your support for the following issues:

1. VETO the upcoming City Council Redistricting Map that is scheduled to come to your desk on March 16, 2012;

 2. SUPPORT:

 A. WCKNC request to the City Council that WCKNC remain whole in Council District 13, along with Historic Filipinotown and Thai Town;

 B. WCKNC’s desire for WCKNC to be placed whole in a “COALITION” district, where the communities and stakeholders can better participate and elect a future councilmember who will be more responsive not just to the needs of the Korean American community but to all communities and interest groups throughout that district; and;

 C. our community’s request to hold at least one public hearing by the full City Council in the Koreatown area before the City Council votes on the final map.

As it now stands, the full City Council intends to vote on the final map without even holding a single public hearing.
