First of all, you may remember, last week, Zuma Dogg made an official announcement, "DO NOT SPEAK WHEN L.A.'s TOP KINGPIN ICON IS SPEAKING! NEXT PERSON TO SPEAK, WHEN ZUMA DOGG IS SPEAKING, WILL RESULT IN ZUMA DOGG IMMEDIATELY SHIFTING ALL FOCUS ON YOU!!!"
Well, AMAZINGLY, during my FIRST public comment since making myself clear, I was having a tough time concentrating (and you can even see it, in my first comment, as I am speaking) -- because THERE WAS CHIT CHAT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROPE, who also just HAD to be standing right near ZD (within earshot), when the person could have EASILY been ANYWHERE ELSE in council chambers. (Like a little further back, if you choose to have a conversation.)

So, ZD asks for some quite, and turns to see what all the commotion is...AND IT IS MICHAEL BAE (or is it BAI), HerbWesson's deputy, who is embroiled by allegations of Koreatown community members that Mike is kinda an intimidating thug, who shakes down Wesson's Koreatown for bribes; and denies permits and community money (for non-profits/etc)/BLACKBALLED; if you don't comply to the shakedown wishes.
It should also be noted, this entire matter is being investigated by the FBI (as mentioned in videos below, of today's public comments)...and Mr. Bae (Bai) is the focus of a lot of controversy. SO I CAN'T BELIEVE OUT OF EVERYONE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROPE (COUNCIL'S SIDE) -- HE, of ALL PEOPLE...would be the one responsible for making L.A.'s TOP POLITICAL KINGPIN lose his train of thought...SO IT IMMEDIATELY GETS SHIFTED OVER TO YOU -- AND THE MAN BEHIND IT ALL, HERB WESSON. AND NOW, on with the public comments for March 6, 2012, as Zuma Dogg announces to council, and to the rest of the city on TV 35, that he is registered with the ethics commission, and is a candidate for the 2013 Los Angeles Mayoral election. He then speaks of Koreatown Koruption, after Wesson's deputy's interruption of the Icon (ME!) -- and then exposes MORE on the BIGGEST issue in Council Chambers: Zuma Dogg's exposure of FBI investigation in Building & Safety, of which there were 11 B&S liens, on the agenda, so Zuma Dogg (and Matt Dowd, also seen in this video) -- spoke FIVE MINUTES, EACH, informing Council and the public as to what is being investigated, and WHY these liens should be released with a NO vote from council. (All items were passed unanimously, against the legal advice of DOWD/DOGG. That's NEVER a good idea, these days,)
