First of all, word in council chambers is they are discussing three options to deal with Zuma Dogg & Matt Dowd:
a) Put public comment at the end of the meeting.
b) DO NOT BROADCAST public comment portion of meeting. (I guess "general" public comment, only. Don't think they'll turn the mics down for every agenda item comment.)
c) STOP BROADCASTING the council meetings, entirely.
