READ HERE: Zuma Dogg Files Public Records Request for Records of Los Angeles City Attorney CARMEN TRUTANICH [IS He Using City Resources To Campaign For District Attorney?]

HERE IS A COPY OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST I FILED TODAY RELATING TO RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES CITY ATTORNEY CARMEN TRUTANICH, WHO IS ALLEGED TO BE USING CITY RESOURCES (money) FOR HIS DISTRICT ATTORNEY CAMPAIGN. This is quite "miffing," on many levels, since he said he wasn't going to run for D.A., in the first place, only to be ditching/abandoning the office he promised to fulfill -- and he may, or may not be using CITY RESOURCES=GENERAL FUND DOLLARS to do the campaigning. (Must be nice.) Zuma Dogg thought a Public Records Request would be helpful in discerning whether there is outrage to be had. I'll let you know.

Dear Gentleperson:

Pursuant to my rights under [legalese] I am writing to request a copy of the following writings, documents, and records which I understand to be in the possession, control and/or knowledge of this jurisdiction:

1. For Carmen Trutanich related to the use of city facilities, equipment, supplies, human resources and other City resources for the past three months.

2. For Carmen Trutanich related his reimbursement to CITY for use of city facilities, equipment, supplies, human resources and other City resources for the past three months, during times he was not being paid by the city to conduct city business; or was not conducting city business.

3. Calendar of Schedule and Events of Carmen Titanich relating to his duties as Los Angeles City Attorney; or any time he used city resources (as mentioned above) in non-CITY related business and activities. 

Provide response and responsive documents, records and writings electronically pursuant to [legalese].
