You may not care, cause it's not YOUR FEDERAL MATTER, however, the point is; a corrupt municipal corporation, under the guise of a "City Council" (body of elected officials) appear to have been violating the 1st Amendment, free speech civil rights of MANY, who protest against their fraud, waste and abuse. THIS IS THE GUY WHO IS TAKING EM TO THE UFC FEDERAL CAGE, TO MAKE THEM FOLLOW THE U.S. LAWS, THIS COUNTRY WAS FOUNDED UPON.
It's a summary judgement hearing, of which there most likely will not be a ruling, but, hopefully, a decision to review the evidence for a ruling, not only on the rules on their face, but the enforcement of the rules, which just as big of an issue. IF THE CITY LOSES...THERE WILL BE MUCH MORE RANGE OF WHICH SPEAKERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SAY IN CHAMBERS. Could get REAL UGLY, in those council chambers, as televised on TV. WOW! I ALREADY WON A FEDERAL DECISION, AFFECTING 1000s of people at Venice Beach boardwalk. The City of Los Angeles was TRAMPLING THE RIGHTS (as LA WEEKLY PUT IT) of people at Venice Beach, and it resulted in people losing income, homes, vehicles and THEIR KIDS TO FOSTER CARE: Many of whom I knew since they were in their moms' bellies.
AND ALL THE FEDERAL MONEY, GIVEN TO CITY COUNCIL, TO PROVIDE SERVICES AND SHELTER AND TO FIX BLIGHT IN THE COMMUNITY...COUNCIL LITERALLY PUT THE MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS/HANDED IT OUT TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY -- AND NOW THE CITY IS BROKE! I DETAILED EVERY SINGLE STEP OF IT ALL, AND I MEAN EVER SINGLE STEP OF IT ALL, OVER A SIX YEAR PERIOD.
