Dear Ignorant. Helpless, Take-It-Up-The-Ass, BEFUDDLED & BAMBOOZLED DUMB FUKKS OF LOS ANGELES...THIS IS YOU HERO & ICON SPEAKING DOWN TO YOU:

 I needed mitigation for the damages caused to me by Los Angeles City (A Municipal Corporation), as I am now diagnosed medically disabled, as a result. I WON in FEDERAL COURT in 2010 (for damages beginning in 2006) -- so it's BEEN A WHILE, KIDDIES. Meanwhile, YOU the L.A. taxpayers, allow City Council to spend UNLIMITED, BOTTOMLESS PIT of GENERAL FUND DOLLARS, rather than a settlement, I offered YEARS AGO, for a FRACTION, that would have ENDED the NEEDLESS GENERAL FUND BLEEDING. We are talking BIG money. L.A. activists/residents go to bat for MUCH SMALLER OF A FRACTION OF TAXPAYER GENERAL FUND WASTE. As I was fighting for my OWN LIFE (income/rights), people told me, "Don't make it ALL about ZD=OTHER people have problems, too. Don't you care about (kids/old ladies/low-income minorities being FUKKED by their own elected officials (evictions/etc.)? Gee, ZD, talk about THAT, too. Here's the info. Take time to read it and understand it, and please DO SOMETHING/SAY SOMETHING about it. It only matters if YOU say it." (Yes, I was told by a local newspaper, with 400 people in attendance at a HUGE East L.A. evening meeting over some huge city project, "Oh, common, Zuma Dogg, you know it only matters if YOU say it." (Because there were 100 public comment cards in front of mine, and I didn't want to wait HOURS at night (and I was homeless, at the time.) BUT, of course I stayed, was never better; the whole place cheered, I was swamped and thanked, after; and the picture of me speaking, was used by the local newspaper. I CAN'T GET ONE PERSON IN L.A. TO HELP ME, THOUGH I AM NOW DIAGNOSED "DISABLED." (A medical diagnosis.) FUCK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU DUMB/INEFFECTIVE FUCKS.
