Losing Federal money, cause city couldn't get paperwork application
prepared properly/in time.) YOU CAN FIRE AND REPLACE EVERYONE -- AND
SCARE THE HELL OUT OF THEM, THAT THEY CAN BE FIRED, TOO. BUT, the same
widget will be stuck in same tangled mess/clogged pipeline. Do Google
search for, "Interpreting Deming's 14 Points," to understand how he is
walking right into DUMB, conventional wisdom buzz saw. City Hall/City
work force is gonna be a really combative tug-o-war energy with Eric as

My credentials as "Quality & Productivity" expert are based on my study under the tutelage of Dr. W. Edwards Deming (do a Google search), who read my review of his life's work, "Methods for Management of Quality and Productivity" (Deming's 14 Points), and Deming sent me a letter of response saying, "Well done." Anthony Robbins read it and sent me a letter calling it, "Fabulous." QUALITY DIGEST published it and the publisher sent me a letter saying, "I especially liked your explanations of Deming's more controversial points." (For all the 800 page books by all the international experts.) AND, this material (Deming's 14 Points) are what were used by Japan in the 50's, when they went from crumbled wreckage, to dominating the world's manufacturing industry (as in economy and job creation) -- becoming know for quality products at low cost. (14 POINTS IS HOW IT IS DONE. DEMING SAYS MY TAKE IS "WELL DONE," WITH NO CORRECTIONS (which is why I sent him the article...for him to CORRECT/not say, "Well done," and have it published internationally. My boss in radio made me write the article, after attending the Deming four-day seminar. BUT, what do I know when I am certain Garcetti is driving his naval ship in the 180 degree, opposite direction.
