- (ABOVE VIDEO): ZD heard the LAPD Commissioners are WAY out of control, in their violations of FEDERAL Public Comment/First Amendment/Free Speech law. TRUE THAT! As I walked through the doors of the LAPD Commission meeting (April 26, 2016) -- Chief Charlie Beck was shouting, like a school girl, at the speaker (Tut Hayes, during the previous comment #4); in MASSIVE violation of the Federal ORDER, that I won, vs. City of Los Angeles. Steve Soboroff piles on, too. RESULT: ZUMA DOGG EXPLAINS THE WAYS OF THEIR ERRORS; AND INSTRUCTS THE POLICE COMMISSION TO, "JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!" (Wow, did that feel good.) Mr. Dogg also addresses Mitch Englander's decietfulness of, "police officer," claim, as Board of County Supervisor candidate.
