DWP Rate Increase IN SESSION: PREDICTION

THIS JUST IN: The DWP Rate hike increase discussion is under way inside Los Angeles City Council chambers.

ZD's Batcomputer just made the following calculation: "The power increase should pass, but the water side...not so sure."

And it sounds to ZD like the chance of a unanimous vote is quickly flying out the window, which means the item would have to come back again, next week for another vote.
