(Desperate times (for Nahai) requires desperate measures, so don't be surprised if you hear Nahai blame the recent tragic death of an L.A. fire figher on aging infrastructure -- even though the Mayor of Los Angeles already declared publicly it was a "freak accident". I SURE HOPE NOT!)

From Zuma's Inbox (4/2/08):
People in my neighborhood have been monitoring a situation you should be aware of. The cops have been sent from the west side to patrol the corners of CD14 & CD 1. (Almost like they are trying to keep the people in a cage). They have been here for almost two weeks, patrolling at all hours. And the cops use homeowner driveways to turnaround in, on their way to somewhere else. (Nice headlights.)
