EXCLUSIVE: City Attorney Elect Carmen Trutanich Announces Transition Team and Staffers

I know a lot of people in the city are waiting to hear the line up of YOUR L.A. City Attorney's office under City Attorney elect Carrmen Trutanich.

So here are the details for your newspapers and talk shows and political operatives:

Former Assembly Speaker Robert (Bob "Huggy Bear") Hertzberg and former D.A. of L.A. County Bob Philibosian will be heading the transition team. Trutanich will not be deciding who is hired on the transition team. All the considerations and hirings will be made by these two, along with former planning director Jane Usher, who is the transition team Executive Director.

Curt Livesay will be Trutanich's Chief Deputy who worked as Chief Deputy District Attorney under Van De Kamp, Philbosian and Cooley.

Bill Carter will be Chief of Staff.

Gary Schram will be head of Bureau of Investigations. I believe Gary is formerly with the same office at the D.A.'s office.

Under Trutanich, the City Attorney's office will be a liaison between the district attorney's office that no other city attorney has ever had.

Carmen Trutanich would like to remind you he is the "City Attorney," not "City Politician." He will be running the office as a laywer/attorney.

FIRST 100 DAYS OF NUCH: In the first 100 days, once Trutanich takes office on July 1, 2009, his big effort will be to get the office in shape, itself, for the challenges. Because you cannot take on the challenges of the office, in the way Nuch plans on taking them on, until you have your army ready for the task. Nuch says, "You can't go to battle until your army is ready to go to war."

The one issue that IS on the front-burner, however, while getting the office "nailed down" during the first 100 days is the billboard law that was discussed this week by City Council. Expect to see a "billboard tax" for operators, which I'm sure many people will be glad to hear about. And you may wonder how changes can be made to the "give away the farm" deal the city gave these billboard operators...THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE WILL BE GOING OVER THAT DEAL!

So there's your starting lineup for the new City Attorney's office and a little insight into the direction. Overall, Zuma Dogg is glad that although Nuch is Villar's attorney, and isn't there to go after him, I'm sure he won't be able to get away with a lot of the stuff the mayor has been able to get away with under Delgadilldo. And by the way Rocky, I will be taking up my "JURY TAMPERING" case against now.

AND HERE'S A FINAL JUICY TIDBIT...That douchebag Delgadilldo tenured in ALL of his OWN political appointments in the office. WAY TO SCREW THE CITY ROCKY DELGADILLDO. HOPE TO PUT YOU AWAY FOR JURY TAMPERING YOU COWARDLY AGENDIZED CROOK!
