Dear Zuma,

Just got the mayor's budget today. Most departments were not cut...but average got cut 7%. Can you investigate why Human Relations Commission got cut 51%?

Hint: Mini-mayor is pissed that HRC's doing good work in his anti gang areas. HRC wrote a report critical of Chick's blueprint, saying there really was no blueprint (all potatoes no meat). So the mayor really stuck it to HRC, one of the smallest departments that does the most work. And thanks for your good work at city hall. They stink! Especially Labonge!!!
