Zuma Dogg returns to Los Angeles City Hall for the City Council meeting on the two year anniversary of his first public comment. How fitting that shady ass-clown City Attorney Mark Brown had to show up to repeal his shady Venice Beach ordinance 42.15 that brought ZD, Matt Dowd and Mike Hunt (his real name) into City Hall two years ago this week. It was problems as soon as ZD and Matt Dowd walked in the door, and went downhill from there. (See Tom Lebong video.)

Let the City Attorney and Council President do their job, and maybe you'll have more time to start doing yours.
