Zuma Dogg Delivers Political Free Speech at Venice Beach In Celebration of Ordinance Victory

In case you hadn't heard, on April 4, 2006 -- Zuma Dogg was dragged into City Hall by Matt Dowd and Mike Hunt because City Council had passed an illegal, unconstitutional ordinance in violation of the first amendment.

So how triumphantly victorious that Zuma Dogg and Matt Dowd return to the scene of the crime (theirs) to deliver a political free speech to the Sidewalk Cafe crowd; exactly two years after the filming of the first day of police arrests at Venice when the ordinance went into effect.

Zuma delivers a victory speech and breaks the news to the public that they will be paying a new twenty five cent tax on all plastic bags at the grocery store and everywhere else.
