Los Angles City Council has become such of parody of itself, it can no longer even function and conduct City business.
For the second meeting in a row, Los Angeles City Council loses a quorum after approximatley two hours of Dog & Pony Show Presentations and tributes to themselves.
And of course, they lose the quorum after making the public wait all this time only to be denied public comment.
Jack Weiss, who is running for City Atttorney (and probably the most absent Councilmember) pick his shady ass out of his seat at 12 noon and they lost a quorum.
THEY LOST THE QUORUM AT THE LAST MEETING ON WEDNESDAY BECAUSE JACKASS WEISS WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT THEN EITHER.
And at the last meeting, one Councilmember who is usually cool and affable had had enough of Jackass Weiss' lack of attendance at the meetings and was really pissed.
ZUMA DOGG ACTUALLY MADE A STOP INTO JACKASS WEISS' CITY HALL PERSONALLY AND FOLLOWED UP WITH PHONE CALLS TO DELIVER THE MESSAGE,
"TELL THE COUNCILMEMBER TO GET HIS ASS INTO COUNCIL CHAMBERS FOR THE MEETINGS!"
I didn't even have to go to the meeting today and I already have four messages in my voice mail about this.
GOOD LUCK RUNNING FOR CITY ATTORNEY JACKASS! Luckily, there is someone running against you who has support within Council Chambers. His name is Carmen "Nuch" Trutanich.
AND ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SEND JACKASS WEISS A MESSAGE THAT YOU DO NOT APPRECIATE HIS ACTIONS AND BEHAVIOR AS COUNCILMEMBER AND WILL NOT ALLOW HIM TO BE CITY ATTORNEY, CAN VOTE FOR: Carmen "NUCH" Trutanich!!! (More on Nuch, coming soon. So hopefully there will be no more Jackass Weiss, EVER!)
HA HA!!! Zuma Dogg was one step ahead of y'all...and stayed in Malibu since the beaches are already full of people (it's already better than Memorial Day Weekend) and I will be campaigning up and down Zuma Beach today because I knew you clowns wouldn't be able to pull it together due to early dismissal excuses that were issued!
This is the first meeting I didn't drive/bus down to since the day I returned months ago. AND I MADE THE RIGHT CALL, Y'ALL. Cause there is nothing more predictable than a little spoiled child...so there is nothing more predicatable than Los Angeles City Council. The biggest spoiled child in town.

And finally, thanks to the City Hall police officers at the front door security check who told me sometimes people ask the police, 'Is Zuma Dogg going to be here today?'" as they walk in the door. HA! That's star power, y'all...and Council chambers must be about 15 short of anyone giving a sh*t if they are there, or not. ZUMA DOGG...TAKE BACK THE CITY...MAYOR '09!
