ZUMA DOGG FEELS THE NEED TO ISSUE A "STATE OF EMERGENCY" TO ALL CITIZENS IN THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES!!!
The City is under attack of corrupt, wreckless and inept elected officials (fraud, waste and abuse/RICO/Racketeering) and ZumaTimes.com requests that the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT STEP IN TO PROVIDE DISASTER RELIEF FROM THE CORRUPTION BEFORE THE CITY IS NO LONGER ABLE TO PROVIDE BASIC SERVICES (like trash removal) AND WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO ENFORCE THE LAW OR PROVIDE PUBLIC SAFETY!

Brown vs Black: Reports all over the news are now saying that a lot of the gang violence on the streets of Los Angeles are not even turf/association/business related anymore. But simply based on color lines alone.
THIS IS THE BIGGEST TRAGEDY ON EARTH!
ZD knows both communities are comprised of good-intended, family-oriented, warm-hearted, humorous and intelligent people who are living under "suck-ass" circumstances. Much of these circumstances are due to the FRAUD, WASTE AND ABUSE of all the public Federal, State and Local money that is flushed down the toilet as though they were getting paid commission on dollars wasted. Then, the city does not deliver the services and maintence they are supposed to, and the communities fall further into desrepair.
HERE'S WHAT ZUMA DOGG WISHES THESE TWO DIVIDED COMMUNITES WOULD DO:
We need to "Take Back The City" because I DO feel it is under seige by corrupt elected officials and the City is in a real crisis and I feel it is a public safety issue. SO THE CITY COUNCIL MUST BE STOPPED FROM THE DAILY DRAIN ON THE COFFERS WITH THEIR OVER THE TOP AGENDA MOTIONS. THEY ARE LITERALLY DRAINING THE GENERAL FUND DRY!!!
(And they'll all be on to the next elected position, or appointment or will be able to retire off the shady money they made as Councilmembers.)
HERE'S WHAT TO DO: Have leaders from each group (Hispanic and African) find some folks who can work with each other on some middle ground for a common goal. THEN WALK, BUS OR DRIVE AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE TO CITY HALL FOR THE COUNCIL MEETINGS EVERY TUES, WED & FRI @ 10AM! Turn in cards for public comment AND EACH AND EVERY AGENDA ITEM NOTED FOR PUBLIC HEARING!
If you could get 20, 30, 40 people to start showing up every day...YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO SLOW DOWN THE DRAIN ON THE SYSTEM AND FORCE THEM TO LOSE QUORUMS AND YOU COULD REALLY SHUT EM DOWN!
I SAY "SHUT EM DOWN!" I DON'T THINK THERE IS AN ITEM THAT SHOWS UP ON THE AGENDA THAT IS A STRAIGHT UP BENEFIT FOR THE PUBLIC. It's all coming to you sideways!
BLACK AND BROWN UNTIE AGAINST THE REAL SOURCE OF YOUR PROBLEMS...
THE ELECTED OFFICIALS WHO ARE NOT REPRESENTING YOU!!!
SHUT EM DOWN!!!
