City Attorney Gives Venice Beach Parks and Rec Department A Visit!

You may be aware that Zuma Dogg has noted that there are some problems at Venice Beach Ocean Front Walk. And if Robert from Parks and Rec and waste of taxpayer money cop Peggy Thusin don't get their act figured out, right-quick...they Mayor and CM Rosendoh were going keep hearing Zuma Dogg's squeeky-wheel drive all over all the corruption and racketeering scandals across the city. SO YES, MARK BROWN SHITTY ATTORNEY PAID THE FOLKS AT VENICE BEACH PARKS AND REC A LITTLE VISIT ON FRIDAY!

But first, let's recap some of the corruption and rackettering concerns that Zuma Dogg has been keeping under his ski-cap that he now needs to purge his soul over, since the Venice Beach issue is weighing so heavy on his mind and emotions:

Things like;

the City's towing sub-contractor (whatever Rocky busted that tow company for last week -- he should probably look into that with the City's towing subcontractor);

sidewalk construction racketeering (build it, break it, re-build it); dead-bead dad collection subcontractor (not allowed to represent as "City Attorney's Office" and not aloud to add penalties);

and of course the one about the City Attorney where someone who he paid during his election campaign to help him get elected -- actually sat in on a Superior Court jury, last year and claimed to be a "babysitter" even though the person was an Commissioner for the City's East L.A. Housing Authority. (The one with the corruption story in the L.A. Times that Eric Garcetti had to question the commissioner about on City TV 35.)

YES, Zuma Times is investigating into whether an East L.A. Housing Commissioner, that was paid by Rocky Delgadillo during his election campaign, sat on a Superior Court jury last year -- even though the commissioner claimed to have no conflicts of interest and was a "babysitter".

Zuma Dogg feels if you are sitting on a jury that the City Attorney's office is prosecuting; and the judge asks if there are any conflicts of interest, you should say, "I was paid by this City Attorney's office and I am a housing commissioner appointed by Los Angeles City Council."

So maybe Judicial Watch is still interested in my story. Or maybe another attorney would like to have me put Rocky and some others behind bars. (ZUMA DOGG SAYS HE HAS THE STORY AND WITNESSES THAT WILL PUT HIM THERE!)

BACK TO VENICE BEACH: So anyway, as you can see...I've been extra pissed off as hell since those dummies at Parks and Rec and Peggy Thusin tried to push Zuma Dogg around Venice Beach. And I hope they are still glad that they said, "GOOD", when I told them I would be taking things up further at City Hall. (WHICH I DID.)

So yesterday, Shitty Attorney and overall arrogant-pompous, nerd Mark Brown had to show up at Venice Beach yesterday to show Rob and Peggy a few things. (LOL!)

Only problem Mr. Shitty Attorney, is the problem isn't someone having their display three inches over a line...it's about someone throwing knives, spitting on people's display and setting up amplification on the grass behind a performer with the purposeful intent to disrupt, you idiot!

AND THE JOB AIN'T DONE YET, CAUSE THE PEOPLE INVOLVED LAPD/PARKS AND REC ARE SO UN-INFORMED AND UN-EDUCATED THEY CAN'T EVEN ENFORCE THEIR OWN RULES. AND ZUMA DOGG IS GOING TO SHOW THEM THAT THEY JUST MADE THE ORDINANCE MUCH LOOSER, INSTEAD OF MORE STRICT. IT'S ALL GONNA BACKFIRE ON THE CITY, BECAUSE THEY CANNOT ENFORCE THEIR GOALS UNDER THIS JOKE OF AN ORDINANCE!

MESSAGE TO MARK BROWN, COUNCILMEMBER ROSENDAHL, AND VILLARAIGOSA:

WHEN I SEE YOU AT VENICE BEACH TODAY WALKING UP AND DOWN THE BOARDWALK LOOKING FOR VIOLATIONS...

YOU BETTER BE LOOKING AT THE EAST SIDE/RETAIL STORE SIDE!!!

WHY? Counterfeit merchandise!!! The city is worried about cracking down on some person trying to sell a painting or rock, or incense. HOW ABOUT ALL THE COUNTERFEIT MERCHANDISE BEING SOLD AT THE STORES?!?!

I assure you...if you simply turn your head and look the OTHER WAY to the RETAIL STORES, the city could make a whole bunch of money writing THOSE tickets and they would be busting stores like the DEA busting marijuana co-ops.

So that's what's up for today. Zuma Dogg will be ensuring that the City Attorney becomes a little more concerned with the bootleg merchandise coming from out of the country that is used to fuel terrorists and undermines the U.S. economy becomes a higher priority than the difference between "two or three inches" on the Venice Beach boardwalk.

MAYOR ANTONIO VILLARAIGOSA'S ADMINISTRATION IS A BUNCH OF OSTRICHES WITH THEY HEADS UP THEY ASS...NO WONDER THE CITY IS IN SUCH CRISIS.

THE FEDS ARE GONNA HAVE TO STEP IN AND STRAIGHTEN OUT THIS MAYOR BEFORE TOO LONG. I heard the F.B.I. investigation is already underway. (You may remember Zuma Dogg broke the news of the Housing investigation tat CM Garcetti was referred to during the commissioner re-appointment as mentioned above.)


BUT MAKE SURE TO FOCUS ON ZUMA DOGG AT VENICE BEACH PEGGY THUSIN AND ROBERT HASKIN!
