DONE GM Bong H Kim To Get $150,000 As DONE GM To Run Neighborhood Council Racket

Racketeering ain't cheap. City Council approved Bong H Kim's salary as the new Department of Neighborhood Empowerment GM at $150,000. Based on today's elections, I think he's really got a firm grasp on the situation. I would not bet against an investigation into the entire Neighborhood Council system with RICO violation/Racketeering charges to be filed in L.A. Superior Court.

Hey Councilmembers...better watch your dealings with the Neighborhood Councils. Wouldn't want to go down over something like that now, would you?
