IMMIGRATION NOTICE: Flee To United States...NOW, FREE HEALTH CARE SCREENING & TREATMENT FOR ALL DETAINEES!!! (CONTINUED COVERAGE WHEN RELEASED, TOO!)

LOOK AT THE FIVE POLITICIANS WHO SPONSOR THIS RESOLUTION!!! Can you imagine if alarCON gets his dream of an 8 CM majority who support this type of agenda. There's a bigger picture being painted here, folks. It has been explained to Zuma Dogg from his first days at City Hall about the "extremist" wolves in sheeps clothing that are trying to take over the state.

Luckily, Nunez blew his chances of advancing the movement with his personal behavior that knocked him out of the box and set back the movement.

But Villaraigosa really set back the movement about eight or ten years. He was supposed to be the one that made it to the Governor's mansion to hand things back to their rightful owners. But that ain't gonna happen anymore either.

So looks like it is up to these five to turn California back into what it once was hundreds of years ago: AND NO OFFENSE...BUT HOW MUCH IS ALL OF THIS GOING TO COST THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA BECAUSE OF AN AVERAGE OF 16 PEOPLE A YEAR??? This is not proportional, and I can think of 16 people a year you should be MUCH more concerned with as a priority FIRST under this economic crisis, you stupid douchebag-morons.

CALL ME WHAT YOU WANT, BUT I HOPE YOU ARE CALLING ME AN "ECONOMIST."

Resolution (Garcetti-Reyes-Huizar-Cardenas-Alarcon), introduced May 28, 2008, advises that
some 83 immigration detainees have died in, or soon after, Immigration and Customs
Enforcement custody during the past five years.

HR 5950 (Lofgren), the Detainee Basic Medical Care Act of 2008, would require the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish procedures for the timely and effective delivery of medical and mental health care to all immigration detainees in custody. It would further require the Secretary to report to the Offices of the Inspector General for the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice, within 48 hours, information regarding the death of any immigration detainee in the Secretary's custody.

The Resolution therefore recommends that the City support HR 5950.

BACKGROUND HR 5950 (Lofgren) would require the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish procedures for the timely and effective delivery of medical and mental health care to all immigration detainees in custody. The Secretary's procedures would include primary care, emergency care, chronic care, prenatal care, dental care, eye care, mental health care, medical dietary needs, and other medically necessary specialized care. ("Other" means anything else they feel like having you pay for that isn't on the menu.)

Under these procedures detainees would receive medical screenings and examinations by qualified health care professionals both upon arrival at a detention facility and throughout detention. Additionally, detainee medical records would be made available to appropriate personnel, and an administrative appeals process would be available for denials of medical and mental health care. The procedures also would include discharge planning to ensure continuity of care, for a reasonable period of time, upon removal or release of persons with serious medical or mental health conditions.

HEY GARCETTI...I EXPECT THIS TYPE OF THING FROM THE GIL CEDILLO/ANTONIO VILLARAIGOSA NATIONALIST MOVEMENT...BUT YOU??? You arrogant little shit! I say we detain YOU and have you screened and treated for arrogance, pomposity, ethics violations and racketeering charges. And I'll see you in court over having me speak on FIVE agenda items in ONE MINUTE you walking RICO VIOLATION! I HOPE YOU END UP IN THE PRISION YOU BELONG IN!

I AM ANXIOUS TO FIND OUT WHERE (SOCIALISTIC) COUNCILMEMBERS BILL ROSENDAHL AND JANICE HAHN STAND ON THIS ONE!
