I AM SICK OF THESE BITCH-ASS CITY COUNCILMEMBER PRESIDENTS (Named Rico Defendant Eric Garcetti, Greuesome Wendy Greuel (the Wicked Witch) and Shitty Attorney Dion O'Connell running rough-shot over the first amendment on a daily basis.
IF SOMEONE WANTS TO CALL YOU DUMB...You have to sit there and take it. The FIRST AMENDMENT IS THERE TO PROTECT THE RIGHT TO SAY THE STUFF A SHADY, CORRUPT AND DUMB COUNCILMEMBER WOULD NOT WANT TO BE SAID!
There are things that cannot and should not be said, but Council has moved the line much too far and I say they have moved it to where they are violating peoples' rights (and not just ZD anymore -- but many speakers) -- AND they have a tendency to pull the "please direct your comments to council as a whole" any time they don't like when someone complains ABOUT a Councilmembers action.
GET IT STRAIGHT YOU CORRUPT, UN-ETHICAL COWARD ERIC GARCETTI...
If someone says, "Eric Garcetti said (blank)..."that does not mean he is addressing a specific councilmember. Now, there are times when speakers will specifically direct comments toward an individual CM (a one on one engagement) -- BUT COUNCIL IS APPLYING THIS RULE WHERE IT DOES NOT APPLY. AND FOR THAT THEY ARE GOING TO BE WRITING CHECKS! (It's all on the City internet archives!)
