I haven't missed a City Council quorum in over three months -- and between the time, gas and parking I could use a little paypal today to help keep my day just "really miserable" instead of "complete disaster." And if some gas money comes in, I wanna head over to Van Nuys City Hall for public comment on Friday (tomorrow), instead of Downtown. But it's already way too early in the day for me to be this miserable already and I wanna drive out of this location, so if you are wealthy...how about a little "trickle down theory".
