Keep building around this. Maybe some of these people can move into The Grand Avenue Project affordable housing. And if you are trying to go to a nice karaoke bar in Little Tokyo area, don't make a wrong turn, or you'll find yourself here, as Zuma Dogg did. And whatever you do, DO NOT jump out of your car to take pictures. (Take them from inside your locked vehicle!)
