HOW ABOUT THIS RICHARD: Since the city is in such a bad financial spot, due largely to the foreclosure problem, and since if you look at your district, you have the most foreclosures on the city. So how about some of these revenue generating ideas Mr. alarCON:
* Tax on sending your paycheck money to Mexico: When you cash you paycheck, and send the money to Mexico, tax the transaction.
* How about a "dumbass" tax, for everyone who signed a subprime loan agreement, even though they were making minumum wage, or less -- and defaulted.
* How about a "garage living tax" for every person living in a garage in Alarcon's district. (THE CITY WOULD HAVE A HUGE SURPLUS.)
I'LL BE SHOWING UP AT CITY HALL TO GIVE RICHARD ALARCON AND LOS ANGELES CITY COUNCIL SOME OTHER REVENUE GENERATING IDEAS.
AND THE ANSWER IS, "NO-NO-NO!!!" YOU DO NOT TAX PEOPLE FOR THEIR HOME BEING TOO BIG, you communist, socialist, wacko. Take your dumb ideas to some other country.
AND THERE IS A SERIOUS CANDIDATE WHO WILL BE REPLACING DICKIE ALARCON THIS MARCH. HERE HE IS...AND YOU WILL BE HEARING MORE ABOUT HIM. IT'S OVER FOR ALARCON, AND HE KNOWS IT....FINALLY SOMEONE WHO CAN RETIRE THIS CAREER POLITICIAN, AND HE CAN SPEND ALL OF HIS TIME WORKING FOR THE CALIFORNIA COMMUNIST PARTY WITH HIS SISTER.
