We have a problem and once again Zuma Dogg has to jump in and get involved.
You know we have a real and actual attorney who was elected City Attorney, last month. Carmen "Nuch" Trutanich (who was elected by a whopping 11% by voters in a statement against usual city hall shadiness) will be sworn into office on July 1, 2009.
News broke on LADailyBlog.com, then followed up by LA Times afterwards, that Nuch is walking in the door with a lot of shady and shameless political baggage of California Attorney General joke of a candidate Rocktard "Rocky" Delgadilldo.
The undisputed KING of "Pay-To-Play" of ALL TIME, L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo is LEAVING office (the last elected position he will ever hold in his life) on July 1st, and had to make sure the NEXT city attorney, whoever it was going to be, didn't have enough personel to ever be able to investigate HIM (Rocky) for all the pay for play and whatever racketeering that was going on (and Zuma Dogg has a long list and is ready to pass it along).
So Rocky Delgadillo TENURED 12 of his political appointments and these shameless cowards are refusing to leave office along with Rocky as is standard in situations where a new City Attorney is elected.
Trutanich compares it to Barack Obama walking into office and being stuck with Karl Rove.
Zuma Dogg compares it to walking in somewhere and finding Eric Garcetti. (HOW CAN YOU BUST SHADINESS IF THE SHADIANTS ARE DOING THE BUSTING???)
So NOW, the next city attorney, who has the challenge of turing the office into and actual city attorney's office, and not some political "roll over and die" machine in a bunch of pay-to-play and other citywide rackets has to get some real people in there, because the city has some real legal issues to attend to.
BUT I CAN SEE THESE 12 TENURED AND SHAMELESS DEADWEIGHT LOSERS WANT TO CONTINUE TO DRAW $100,000-$200,000 SALARIES...ON TAXPAYER'S MONEY...WHEN THE CITY CAN AFFORD IT LEAST:

I do not care how much of a financial crisis we are in...just like with the LAUSD, YOU DO NOT CUT THE INSPECTOR GENERAL'S BUDGET SO THAT BILLIONS CAN GO UNCHECKED...
YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO BE AT A TREMENDOUS DISADVANTAGE IN ALL OF THE MULIT-MILLION DOLLAR LAWSUITS AND ALL THE OTHER BILLIONS BEING PROTECTED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE BECAUSE BEN AUSTIN AND NICK VELASQUEZ ARE A BUNCH OF SHAMELESS COWARDS WHO ARE NOT MEN ENOUGH TO GO GET A JOB ELSEWHERE.
HEY ELI BROAD, Steve Barr, Bill Gates...can't you get these chumps off the back of the seniors, homeless, middle-class and children who are paying for these guys?
BECAUSE NOW...ZUMA DOGG SAYS THE ONLY SOLUTION IS TO HAVE COUNCIL FIND THE NECESSARY RESOURCES ($$$) FOR THE CITY ATTORNEY-ELECT to appoint some assistants and some other people to help the City Attorney's office defend everything the city has invested, stands for and will be challenged legally in court over.
Sorry Ben and Nick. Can't help it that you all think it's o.k. to lose that much office-power. Zuma Dogg authorizes the money for the same amount of deadweight loser positions Nuch is stuck with. About eight shameless, lazy, apparantely un-employable, untalented deadweight losers.
So it is with great displeasure that Zuma Dogg says now we gotta spend double the money for half the work. I HOPE ROCKY DELGADILLO ENDS UP IN PRISON. The guy thinks he's gonna be Atty Gen.? LOL...OBAMA WILL NOT BE HAVING THAT. Rocky, you are really pushing it by even running. ;0)
