Zuma Dogg KABC Radio Soundbite on Rocky Delgadillo (CA Attorney General Candidate)
Michael set me up by saying, "Zuma Dogg, City Council just paid tribute to outgoing City Attorney Rocky Delgadilo. What do YOU think of his adminstration, Zuma Dogg." (HUH...HUH...HUH...I WAS CRANKY, ANYWAY!)
Click here and forward in 22 minutes into this segment. (Hit "Open with" when given choice and player should pop up and start playing. THEN, forward in 22 minutes.)
And thanks to Doug for the comments and for the additional pile on!

FUTURE HEADLINE: Los Angeles City Council Approves Money For 8 Positions in City Attorney-elect's Office (To Work Around Rocky's Tenured Losers)
Imagine the public outrage over outgoing Los Angeles City Attorney (and current joke of a California Attorney General Candidate) Rockard "Rocktard" Delgadillo's move to tenure 12 of his political appointments which allows them to now remain in office, even though Rocky is leaving and current City Attorney-elect Carmen Trutanich sure as hell doesn't want them, because Nuch isn't trying to be a clown-ass punk like the last city attorney, once people find out that NOW, Los Angeles City Council will most likely be forced to find and approve money in the budget for eight employees (up to four assistants and up to four other people) in accordance with Charter Section 1050(d) so that the City Attorney-elect can actually run the office, once he is no longer "elect," like a professional city attorney's office instead of the pay-to-play factory, that Delgadillo has now "tenured" into a "pay-to-play cover-up" factory.
So City Council will now need to create a motion that will allow them to pay for staffers to work around Rocky's expensive, taxpayer-paid-for tenured mess. (See "The Nick and Ben Shameless Loser Show.)
Steve Cooley on Rocky Delgadillo and his run for California Attorney General office: "What a joke. He's unfit for the office, for any office, let alone the office of Attorney General, the chief law maker of the state. There's something wrong with him."

Zuma Dogg DEMANDS Council Action Regarding City Attorney's Office "Shameless Tenured Deadweight Loser" Problem
We have a problem and once again Zuma Dogg has to jump in and get involved.
You know we have a real and actual attorney who was elected City Attorney, last month. Carmen "Nuch" Trutanich (who was elected by a whopping 11% by voters in a statement against usual city hall shadiness) will be sworn into office on July 1, 2009.
News broke on LADailyBlog.com, then followed up by LA Times afterwards, that Nuch is walking in the door with a lot of shady and shameless political baggage of California Attorney General joke of a candidate Rocktard "Rocky" Delgadilldo.
The undisputed KING of "Pay-To-Play" of ALL TIME, L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo is LEAVING office (the last elected position he will ever hold in his life) on July 1st, and had to make sure the NEXT city attorney, whoever it was going to be, didn't have enough personel to ever be able to investigate HIM (Rocky) for all the pay for play and whatever racketeering that was going on (and Zuma Dogg has a long list and is ready to pass it along).
So Rocky Delgadillo TENURED 12 of his political appointments and these shameless cowards are refusing to leave office along with Rocky as is standard in situations where a new City Attorney is elected.
Trutanich compares it to Barack Obama walking into office and being stuck with Karl Rove.
Zuma Dogg compares it to walking in somewhere and finding Eric Garcetti. (HOW CAN YOU BUST SHADINESS IF THE SHADIANTS ARE DOING THE BUSTING???)
So NOW, the next city attorney, who has the challenge of turing the office into and actual city attorney's office, and not some political "roll over and die" machine in a bunch of pay-to-play and other citywide rackets has to get some real people in there, because the city has some real legal issues to attend to.
BUT I CAN SEE THESE 12 TENURED AND SHAMELESS DEADWEIGHT LOSERS WANT TO CONTINUE TO DRAW $100,000-$200,000 SALARIES...ON TAXPAYER'S MONEY...WHEN THE CITY CAN AFFORD IT LEAST:
AND HERE IS WHAT WE NOW HAVE TO DO:
I do not care how much of a financial crisis we are in...just like with the LAUSD, YOU DO NOT CUT THE INSPECTOR GENERAL'S BUDGET SO THAT BILLIONS CAN GO UNCHECKED...
YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO BE AT A TREMENDOUS DISADVANTAGE IN ALL OF THE MULIT-MILLION DOLLAR LAWSUITS AND ALL THE OTHER BILLIONS BEING PROTECTED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE BECAUSE BEN AUSTIN AND NICK VELASQUEZ ARE A BUNCH OF SHAMELESS COWARDS WHO ARE NOT MEN ENOUGH TO GO GET A JOB ELSEWHERE.
HEY ELI BROAD, Steve Barr, Bill Gates...can't you get these chumps off the back of the seniors, homeless, middle-class and children who are paying for these guys?
BECAUSE NOW...ZUMA DOGG SAYS THE ONLY SOLUTION IS TO HAVE COUNCIL FIND THE NECESSARY RESOURCES ($$$) FOR THE CITY ATTORNEY-ELECT to appoint some assistants and some other people to help the City Attorney's office defend everything the city has invested, stands for and will be challenged legally in court over.
Sorry Ben and Nick. Can't help it that you all think it's o.k. to lose that much office-power. Zuma Dogg authorizes the money for the same amount of deadweight loser positions Nuch is stuck with. About eight shameless, lazy, apparantely un-employable, untalented deadweight losers.
So it is with great displeasure that Zuma Dogg says now we gotta spend double the money for half the work. I HOPE ROCKY DELGADILLO ENDS UP IN PRISON. The guy thinks he's gonna be Atty Gen.? LOL...OBAMA WILL NOT BE HAVING THAT. Rocky, you are really pushing it by even running. ;0)

Rocky Delgadilldo Sticks It To L.A. City Taxpayers on the way out the door. (He'll be lucky to stay out of prision once he leaves office,)
Nothing sickens me more when I think about the the important challenges being faced by City Attorney elect Carmen Trutanich and his office than what a corrupt, douchebag that clown-ass joker Rocky Delgadilldo is and how he stuck it to the city and taxpayers on his way out the door. I would bet he ends up in prison before any elected office, ever again, even though the arrogant clown is making a jackass out of himself by running for Attorney General. (HE WILL LOSE. IT HAS ALREADY BEEN DECIDED AND HE IS MAKING A MOCKERY OF HIMSELF BY EVEN RUNNING.]
Hey Villaraiogsa: You have to fire thousands of people. I know the first 12. The dead-weight, taxpayer human anvils who already sunk one city attorney's office. It's called his tenured losers who are about to become the highest paid city attorney office sanitation workers since they have no shame, or dignity, or pride and will work upside down, hanging off the roof if they can still collect a paycheck while doing nothing. But in this case, these clowns are worse than nothing.
The city is in a crisis, they are part of the problem, thousands of people are going to be fired, Villaraigosa...get in there when you are renegotiating with the unions, and give them the names of the first dead-weight, do-nothing losers. Start in alphabetical order, with "A" for Ben "I can't get 500 signatures citywide, how do you expect me to do anything" Austin.
Hey Ben, what's this about "Senator Cox: "Scathing Audit Confirms Rob Reiner, First Five Commission Violated State Laws." Yeah, you're the type of guy Los Angeles taxpayers want to keep paying for now that Delgadillo is out of office and out of power...FOREVER. (Why don't the two of you start of law firm. Loser and Dumb Shady Puppet ASSociates. [Keywords: Steve Barr, Green Do, Eli Broad, Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, Hire Ben Austin, please.]
Trutanich to inherit top Delgadillo shady fuck-ups
From LA Times:
"How many . . . of the [top aides] that the city attorney did bring into the office remain and in what positions?" asked Bill Carter, a former federal prosecutor Trutanich has picked to head his city staff. "And what impacts does that have on the ability of the new city attorney to do what he needs to do?"
When Delgadillo took office in 2001, several of former City Atty. James K. Hahn's senior aides -- including chief of staff Tim McOsker -- moved with Hahn to the mayor's office. But Velasquez said most of Hahn's top appointees remained in the city attorney's office with tenure, which he portrayed as normal. He said city attorneys are allowed to appoint aides as either tenured or nontenured employees.
One complicating factor in the current transition, several observers noted, is that Delgadillo is not moving to another political office, where he could take some top appointees.
Also, Trutanich is entering office in a far darker time than his predecessors. There is a citywide hiring freeze. Trutanich may have to seek permission to appoint aides from a special cost-control panel. And with the office's top jobs filled, he also may need additional salary allocations from the mayor and City Council, just as the ravages of recession are forcing furloughs, job reductions and service cuts.
Paying for up to eight senior Trutanich appointees, as authorized under the City Charter, could cost $1 million a year or more. Velasquez said Delgadillo's staff is working to help secure the resources Trutanich's team needs and hopes to resolve the matter before the new city attorney is sworn in July 1.
But which and how many positions Trutanich will be able to fill is not yet clear.
Trutanich was not available for comment.
At this point, only Delgadillo and Ann D'Amato, a top advisor working as a $175,000-a-year contractor, are leaving the office, records and interviews show.
Among those planning to stay are chief of staff Richard Llewellyn, an attorney paid a little less than $205,000 annually; chief administrative and financial officer Jennifer Krieger, paid $144,000; assistant city attorney who couldn't even get 500 signatures for his OWN LAUSD campaign, but he is tenured (how good at anything can he be if he can't even do that, but he is entitled and tenured so he can fuck up all day long Ben Austin, a political consultant and part-time advisor paid $89,000; and Velasquez, who is paid $118,000. Currently, only one position is authorized for each of the job classifications held by Llewellyn and Krieger.
With tenure, they and other employees have seniority rights and can be dismissed only for cause.

Trutanich to inherit top Delgadillo shady fuck-ups
From LA Times:
With budget cuts looming, many who worked for the outgoing city attorney have been given job protection. Several have relatively high salaries.

Job protections arranged for termed-out Los Angeles City Atty. Rocky Delgadillo's inner circle of aides could complicate his successor's effort to take charge of the office just as the city grapples with major budget cuts, records and interviews show.
Typically, several top members of the city attorney's staff are political appointees. They serve without job protections and leave with the elected official. Indeed, earlier in his term, a number of Delgadillo's key aides served without job protections, including a previous chief of staff, top legal assistants and a communication director.

Indeed, earlier in his term, a number of Delgadillo's key aides served without job protections, including a previous chief of staff, top legal assistants and a communication director.
But in recent years, all of Delgadillo's top staffers have been placed on tenure tracks, allowing them to secure civil service-like job protection rights. The aides, typically paid between $100,000 to $200,000 annually, hope to retain their current positions or serve in other assignments after City Atty.-elect Carmen Trutanich takes office, said Delgadillo's communication director, Nick Velasquez.
The office's senior legal aides are highly qualified and experienced, said Velasquez, who has received tenure and plans to stay.
Delgadillo "thinks the city is lucky to have such top-flight attorneys working tirelessly on city residents' behalf," he said. "That's why they were tenured."

Zuma Dogg Says FBI Investigation Into Rocky and His Wife, Ain't About (Just) Rocky and His Wife (IT'S THE F-ING F-B-I...THEY GOT BIGGER FISH TO FRY!)
You may not think Zuma Dogg is smart, but he's smart enough to talk to actually smart people, with years; decades; or a lifetime of experience. So when I read in today's Los Angeles Time, that the Federal (FBI) probe was focusing on "wife of City Attorney Dellagdilldo," I immediately suspected that this was about something else.
So I checked around, talked to some folks (with experience in the right area), trying to discern whether Rocky was in big trouble (facing real jail time, perhaps); or whether this is just a political smear as Rocky's Spokesperson Nick Velasquez is claiming, since there is a rumor Delgadilldo may embarrass himself by actually running for State Attorney when Brown leaves the position to run for Governor of California.
HERE'S THE ZUMA DOGG TAKE ON WHAT TO EXPECT REGARDING THIS INVESTIGATION:
First of all, although it is already too late, Delgadilldo needs to fire NickVelasquez (his spokesperson) because I am told by people with knowledge of Federal investigations, the last thing you wanna do, is piss off the Feds by calling the investigation trash and bad mouthing them.
From what I am told, that tends to make them dig even deeper and try even harder to make sure they slam dunk your ass since you called them out like that.
What Zuma Dogg would have said as Delgadilldo's spokesperson is, "Mr. Delgadilldo is all for transparency and open government and although we have not been contacted about any of this yet, we really can't comment beyond, "If we are contacted to participate in this investigation we certainly will and want to let the people know that this is not the end of the investigation, it is only some initial questioning and Rocky will be cleared should they proceed.
So first of all, you blew it there...AND THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE!
But now, on with the countdown:
So ZD wanted to know how much trouble Rocky was actually in, over this investigation? Was it merely a political hit job?
ZD was told, "The FBI does not play politics." In other words, it doesn't matter who you are or what political side you are on, the FBI does not "go after" people for political reasons.
HOWEVER, a complaint most likely WAS filed against Delgadilldo (even Bill Clinton did not have a complaint filed against him for perjury over Monica, but ROCKY....). So a complaint was filed, AND IS BEING FOLLOWED UP ON!!! (And THAT says VOLUMES!!!)
Because this ain't the District Attorney, State Attorney, U.S. Attonrney...THIS, is the FBI and there is no bigger finger of scrutiny pointed at you when they are investigating you.
SO WHAT?
THEY DON'T GO AFTER NO POWER DOUCHEBAGS LIKE ROCKY DELGADILLDO BECAUSE HIS WIFE CRASHED A CITY VEHICLE AND HE SIGNED THE INSURANCE FORM...AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN, THE FBI CARES ABOUT PATRONAGE CONTACTS GOING TO ROCKY'S WIFE?
Is Rocky and his wife what is wrong with the Federal Government?
ZUMA DOGG SAYS, "NO!"
ACCORDING TO MY ADVISORS...THIS IS ABOUT THE OVERALL PROBLEM THAT EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT IN THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES:
It's as out of control corrupt as the second half of Scarface. I MEAN, POLITICIANS ARE ALWAYS SHADY...THEY MADE SOME TIES TO MAYOR HAHN REGARDING PAY FOR PLAY...and we know that it is a corrupt political system;
but Zuma Dogg has been saying for a while now, the City of Los Angeles under Villaraigosa and all his political posse IS OUT OF CONTROL!!! And I have been screaming, "WE NEED THE FEDS TO STEP IN!!!" (I've blogged it and will look for the quotes, and I've screamed it on TV 35, and I said one day I'm gonna go to City Hall for public comment and there will be a padlock on the doors of City Hall, because the Feds shut em down.
WELL GUESS WHAT PEOPLE...THERE'S A NEW SHERIFF IN TOWN, AND HIS NAME IS TOM O'BRIEN! And he don't play, y'all.
ZUMA DOGG PREDICTS THIS WILL EXPOSE MASSIVE PAY FOR PLAYS AND WILL REACH INTO SOME OF THESE LAW FIRMS ROCKY HAS DONE BUSINESS WITH (you know what's up).
SO DO NOT BE BAMBOOZLED: LAzy Times may report that this investigation is about things regarding Rocky's wife, but Zuma Dogg is here to say, the FBI ain't worried about Rocky, if this problem was contained only to Rocky.
So this is tip of the iceberg stuff that is being used to help unravel the whole sweater.
THIS COULD BE THE BIG ONE, ELIZABETH! Tom O'Brien may finally be giving the people what they want...
A COMPLETE AND TOTAL SWEEP OF CORRUPT POLITICIANS WHO HAVE HI-JACKED THE REGION!!!
Hooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooody Hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Low-Life Criminal, LA City Attorney Rocky Delgadilldo BEING INVESTIGATED BY THE F.B.I. !!! (LOL!)
Wed. 8/20/08 UPDATE: LA Times is reporting the investigation is focusing on the consulting contracts Delagdilldo's wife was getting. Zuma Dogg has done TONS of screaming on TV 35 and radio about how money is wasted though these patronage contracts. Oh, I can't wait!
FBI THINKS DELGADILLDO IS A CRIMINAL, TOO: I TOLD yo azz, that low-life criminal Los Angeles Shitty Attorney Rocky Delgadilldo was gonna take a big pineapple up his wazoo for the way he is operating his racket.
LA City Controller Laura Chick was contacted and interviewed by Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.) two weeks ago that they were investigating racketeering king (Delgadilldo), most likely over the worker's compensation program that Chick has been playing tough of war with the most-likely-to-be-indicted loser City Attorney.
The probe began after Delgadilldo was criticized for allegedly using city resources for personal benefit.
(Let's face it, the F.B.I. ain't wasting their time and money unless they already know the answer to what they are investigating. So it's a matter of if they can prove it on paper, which again...ZD says they WILL.
ELTON JOHN VOICE (Sung): So Goodbye Delga-dilldo! Cause the F.B.I.'s gonna howl. You can't keep covering crime up. The Feds will shut down your show!
Zuma Dogg can think of some other things the F.B.I. should be investigating like the City Attorney's subcontracting of their deadbeat dad and debt collections, and the City's towing subcontracts, among other rackets being run by the City Attorney's office.
AND OF COURSE THE SAN FRANSISCO CHRONICLE BROKE THE STORY AND LA TIMES PICKED IT UP ONLY AFTER THEY BROKE IT:
- Criminal probe begun of L.A. city attorney
- Lance Williams, San Francisco Chronicle, 08/19/08
- San Francisco FBI agents have begun a criminal investigation of Los Angeles City Attorney Rockard "Rocky" Delgadillo, a one-time rising star of California politics whose career stalled after a series of admitted ethical lapses. [Oh I LOVE the SF Chronicle, what a description!]
- City controller questioned by FBI about city attorney
- RAQUEL MARIA DILLON, Associated Press, 08/19/08
- (08-19) 17:11 PDT Los Angeles, CA (AP) -- City Controller Laura Chick said Tuesday she had been questioned by the FBI and the U.S. attorney's office about her audit of the workers compensation unit supervised by City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo. Chick...
L.A. city controller says she was interviewed about her effort to conduct an audit of the city attorney's office. Delgadillo's spokesman sees a 'political agenda' behind allegations against his boss. [Yeah, there is a 'political agenda' to crack down on City Attorney racketeering.]
Los Angeles City Controller Laura Chick today said she has been interviewed by the FBI and federal prosecutors regarding an investigation of City Atty. Rocky Delgadillo.
Any allegation of wrongdoing is nothing more than garbage being shoveled by the city's attorney's political opponents hiding behind the cloak of anonymity," Velasquez said. "This is a classic political smear. It's one hell of a coincidence that this is coming out now, when press accounts say he is considering a run for attorney general."
[OMG!!! Delgadildo thinks he has a chance of getting elected for Attorney General? How do you serve that position from a Federal Prison? Is Mike Hernadez gonna bail him out? Meanwhile, the fact that Rocky's spokesperson would even mention a run for ANY elected office besides Cub Scout Master is going to make my hernia stitches bust from laughing so loud. (No, I don't really have a hernia...but I might get one from laughing so hard at the thought of Rocky thinking he can run for anything but from the law. He's certainly been operating outside of it.
HE ROCKY, HOW'S YOUR PAL MARIA FROM HOUSING? Maybe I should call the FBI about that one. Everyone loves to pile on an embarrassing laughing-stock loser!

VIDEO: (NO) Home Depot City Attorney Facilitation Session In Sunland-Tujunga
You've heard all about it...here is an embedded YouTube player of the ZumaCam. Click play, and the all videos automatically play through, in order. By the way, it was a "facilitation", not a "mediation". There's a difference. The word "facilitate" sound more like trying to move something. Like an opinion in a certain direction. Mediation is neutral. But we know that's not a term in the City Attorney's book.
Plus, you can see the videos individually at www.YouTube.com/NoHomeDepot.
Zuma Dogg Public Comment on (NO) Home Depot at City Council meeting 4/29/08.
And remember, the City Council meeting is at Van Nuys City Hall this Friday (instead of Downtown) for the first time in three months. (But Garcetti won't be there, sorry ladies...but I'll be there sitting in as eye candy!)
