So excited, couldn't wait, so I jumped the gun. Check back here after 3pm for a BREAKING NEWS, LIVE VIDEO SHOW of Zuma Dogg dancing on the ceiling and "telling you so" like he never has before as his statement, "Richard Alarcon is one of the most, shadiest, problematic councilmembers in city history," becomes a FACT as he WILL BE indicted over residency issues (voter registration fraud) as reported on this blog, last week.
Thanks to the person who obviously works somewhere very connected to the investigation who sent me the email a week or two ago confirming this.
BOTTOM LINE: This clown Alarcon is nothing but a professional criminal in a suit. And this residency issue is the LEAST of the nefarious things he has done to undermine, YOU, the city and the general fund. (But whatever it takes to nail the slimy bastard.) He's only about ONE thing, and it's not kids, but contractors and his own pockets. HEY DICK, you know how much a special election for a new councilmember is going to cost the city, now? Los Angeles City Councilman Richard Alarcon has told city officials that he expects a county grand jury to hand down an indictment against him on Wednesday, seven months after prosecutors served search warrants on two of his wife’s homes in the San Fernando Valley.
Sweet, Adorable, Nutty and Too Naive For The Public's Own Safety, Councilwoman Janice Hahn said she received a handwritten note from Alarcon, 56, (though he looks like he's in his 60's) that discussed what he described as "the D.A.'s action."
"He communicated with each council member, asking us to keep an open mind, and that he was going to fight this and continue to work very hard for the City of Los Angeles," said Hahn. Councilman Ed Reyes confirmed that he received a similar letter. [Yeah, works hard for the City, not it's business owners or residents.]
Alarcon, who represents neighborhoods such as Pacoima and Sylmar [NO, he DOESN'T represent them, unless you mean a contractor who lives in those areas], is expected to appear at a Los Angeles County courthouse at some time after 2 p.m.
Alarcon, who was in his chair during the council’s regularly scheduled Wednesday meeting, declined to comment. [First time THAT HOT-HEAD, TEMPER-LOSER has ever declined to comment.] His spokeswoman, Becca Doten, said he would have a statement about his legal situation at 3 p.m. “He’s getting his work done,” she said. His lawyer, Fred Woocher, also declined to comment. [Getting work done? Like funneling money into the Children's Museum and finalizing as many shady contracts as possible?]Prosecutors have been trying for much of the last year to determine whether Alarcon lied about his residency, which can be prosecuted as a felony. [It shouldn't have taken a year. Just say, "Richard, tell us the truth...," and you know whatever he says, the opposite is the truth in reality.] They served search warrants in January on two homes owned by Alarcon’s wife, Flora Montes de Oca -- one in Panorama City, which Alarcon claimed as his residence, and another in Sun Valley.
The latter house is outside Alarcon’s district and is in a neighborhood represented by Councilman Paul Krekorian.
Once stripped of his council seat, please refer to Mr. Con as "Senator" Alarcon, because he will remind you that a Senator title is a lifetime title. The future of Senator Alarcon will be making excuses for the rest of his life proclaiming his innocence. But like everything else he says, no one believes him.
