Questions Zuma Dogg Has For Los Angeles Housing and Building & Safety Departments (THEY WILL BE ANSWERED BY L.A. CITY HALL, AS REQUIRED BY LAW)

Richard Alarcon questioned why Zuma Dogg, "would waste time, three days a week in city council, to make superfluous arguments about things we don't care about, and will not act on." [SOUNDS LIKE HE'S ALREADY DECIDED BEFORE HE EVEN HEARS WHAT WE HAVE TO SAY.]

And after public comment, on Friday (04-13-12), Council President Wesson said, "And now, let's get to work," implying public comment (an agenda item, and the agenda is city business) is NOT business. It is at least the business of listening and considering what I am saying. And I have been saying it for six years, that L.A. Housing Dept is more corrupt that Tony Soprano's strip club. ESPECIALLY REGARDING THE RENT ESCROW ACCOUNT PROGRAM (REAP).

I have personally expressed my grievances about LAHD/RENT ESCROW/ROBERTO ALDAPE (REAP CZAR) to Herb Wesson, on the patio of city hall, outside, during Herb's smoking break. BUT YET, NOTHING CHANGES AND NO ANSWERS.

So it appears I won't be getting any answers or remedy, from council: SO ZUMA DOGG WILL BE ASKING THESE QUESTIONS, IN A MORE LEGAL FORM, THIS NEXT WEEK, as it's UP THE ANTE WEEK on CITY COUNCIL:

QUESTIONS:

# How many property owners were cited by LA Housing Department, for Building and Safety Department code violations, over the past three years?

# How many property owners were fined by LA Housing Department, for Building and Safety Department code violations, over the past three years?

# How many properties were seized by City of Los Angeles, for Building and Safety code violations, that were cited by the LA Housing Department?

# REAP accounting records for past three years. [Concerns that millions of dollars are missing/unaccounted for.]

# How many properties have been seized by the city, through REAP?

# Once a property owner is released from REAP, how many owners were issued the required refund?

# How many property owners had to sue in court in order to have the REAP refund issued?

BUILDING & SAFETY DEPARTMENT QUESTIONS:

# How many owners had "erroneously" liens posted on properties, according to your?

# How many properties had "erroneous" liens removed, once deemed to be posted, erroneously?

# Once lien was deemed to be posted, erroneously, how many owners were issued a refund?

# Once determined a refund is to be issued for erroneous lien, how many owners had to file a lawsuit to have the refund issued?

# Once lien has been deemed to be posted erroneously, how many properties were seized by City, anyway?

TRUTANICH & GREUEL...tell your staff to be ready! KINGPIN CANDIDATE DEMANDS ANSWERS -- AND YOU WILL BE PROVIDING THEM! (Sorry, HERB! Trutanich likes ZD as a gadfly!) AND KINGPIN DECLARES A NEW LAWSUIT WILL SLAM TRUTANICH & HOUSING DEPARTMENT, TO FOLLOW UP THE ONE YOU ALREADY LOST IN SUPERIOR COURT: KEEP ALLOWING LA CITY TO VIOLATE THE LAW, TRUTANICH! (You're going bankrupt, anyway. May as well send it "forthwith.")
