L.A. City Needs To REDUCE LAPD Payroll IMMEDIATELY: Stop Hiring Cops -- And The Senior Cops Need To GIve Back (OR YOU'RE ALL GOING TO BE FIRED!)

Well, Zuma Dogg has always said POLICE AND FIRE CANNOT be cut and is always the LAST thing to cut, not the first.

BUT THE TIME IS NOW: And after the way I saw LAPD being used in the City the weekend, I am here to say...

THERE IS NO NEED TO HIRE ADDITIONAL COPS BECAUSE THEY ARE WASTING THE ONES THEY HAVE NOW ON NON-COMMONSENSICAL NON-SENSE, BULLSHIT.

The city is going bankrupt...LAPD is the BIGGEST budgetary expenditure...AND the senior cops that Peter's PPL are representing --- NEED TO GIVE BACK SALARY AND BENEFITS THAT THE MAYOR PROMISED...because Antonio Villaraigosa does not care about the citizens of Los Angeles -- and the future of this city and it's citizens is not his primary interest.

HE HAD NO RIGHT OFFERING THOSE ADDITIONAL SALARY AND BENEFIT INCREASES.

When I was 12 years old, my friend had a classic comic book that his dad had from the old days. I collected old comic books, and my friend, who was only 11 at the time said, "Oh, you can have it. That's just some old comic book." (The kid didn't like the old comics, he liked the new ones and he couldn't have cared less about it.)

Well, turned out it was some VERY VALUABLE collector's comic book (as we know, older is MORE valuable). And his mom walked over to my house and said, "Oh, sorry David...that was Joey's father's comic book and Joey never should have given it to you."

I didn't say, "Too bad!" I knew Joey would be in A LOT of trouble if the comic book wasn't put back in it's proper place before his dad got home.

Similarly, you have a shameless, corrupt, coward of a loser mayor who NEVER should have give away that comic book (the raises) and if that comic book (the money) isn't put back the right place (the general fund) , Joey (the mayor) is going to be in trouble with his daddy. (The citizens of Los Angeles.)

So you have a mayor who gave away what he never should have, and the PPL who accepted it, fully knowing it was Joey's dad's comic book and Joey had no right to give it away, in the first place.

The mayor was running for re-election at the time he made the promises.

BUT I DON'T SEE ANYTHING BUT SELFISH INDIVIDUALISM ON THE PART OF THE CITY WORKERS...INCLUDING POLICE...ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING SURE THEY GET EVERYTHING AND AS MUCH AS THEY CAN.

BUT THEY ARE BEING TOO SHORT SIGHTED, BECAUSE THEY AREN'T GRASPING MARKET REALITIES AND THE WHOLE LOT OF 'EM ARE GOING TO BE ON THEIR ASS ON UNEMPLOYED IF THEY DON'T GIVE BACK A LITTLE.

So they'll be greedy and no look out for the whole and lose it all. LOL!

But after the way I see LAPD resources being used and the way they are being used to harass people like the performers at Venice Beach...and the non-sense, bullshit I see throughout the city in the way LAPD resources are deployed and used to harass innocent people who aren't doing shit...while they say they don't have enough cops for the REAL stuff...


SORRY...you just LOST Zuma Dogg as a NO-CUT AT ALL COSTS GUY. [I can see you have PLENTY to work with still, before you need more.]

I DON'T SEE ANY OTHER WAY...SO DO WHAT IT TAKES TO PROTECT THE WHOLE AND DON'T FEEL TOO BAD ABOUT GIVING BACK THOSE INCREASES THE MAYOR PROMISED WHEN HE NEVER SHOULD HAVE.

And tell the mayor to put on his elevator shoes and start acting like a BIG BOY and remind him that THIS COUNTRY...the COUNTRY HE IS CURRENTLY AN ELECTED OFFICIAL IN...SUBSCRIBES TO THE U.S. CONSTITUTION UNDER FEDERAL LAW.

I don't know how they do things down from where the people who control you do things...BUT IN THE U.S. WE HAVE A DIFFERENT STANDARD ANTONIO...AND TIME TO START ADHERING TO IT.

AND FIX THE FUCKING VENICE BOARDWALK YOU CORRUPT DOUCHEBAG.
