AND AS THE CITY FACES BANKRUPTCY, AFTER BEING THROUGHOUT THE CITY AND SEEING HOW COPS ARE BEING USED...WE NEED TO REDUCE THE PAYROLL IMMEDAITELY TO SAVE THE CITY...AND THE COP BUDGET IS THE BIGGEST BUDGET AND NO MEASURE WILL IMPACT ENOUGH WITHOUT REDUCING AT LAPD! GET STARTED! WE'RE OUT OF TIME, CITY REVENUE WILL BE MUCH LESS THAN ACCOUNTED FOR...SO ENOUGH POLITICS AND POLITICAL CORRECTNESS...THE TIME IS NOW! See the attached citation I received yesterday, to go to court because MY MICROPHONE STAND that I SING and TALK through is OVER FOUR FEET IN HEIGHT and contrary to the 42.15 height restrictions. while I'm singing and playing, TWO black SUV's , three lapd officers, one a sergeant REINA, approached me, told me to stop performing, so they could write the citation on the mic stand being too high. Right in front of a cafe filled with people watching and listening to my SHOW!!!! now that's fucked up. Its the ultimate damage to a performer, to do this kind of bullshit. And I was IN a designated performer space, and otherwise totally compliant. IF EVER THERE WAS AN ARGUMENT that we don't need more police.. this is it.
