Villaraiogsa has a FUCKING BLAST in San Fransisco at what looks like one hell of a "fun" fund raisers with Platinum Capital's Darius Anderson, also of Gold Bridge. Jerry Brown has issued subpoenas, but nothing worth stopping the party over.

Ya know, I really do not like the divisive spin coming out of Mayor Anotnio VIllarigosa's office regarding a certain newly elected official who CREAMED THE CAREER out of Jackass Weiss.

There is a lot of scandal and corruption to be told when you are talking about losing $7 BILLION dollars of CITY PENSION MONEY in a scheme that the SEC is now investigating, arrests and guilty pleas have been made, subpeonas issued by NY & CA Attorney General's office, AND TODAY, Los Angeles City Council finally delivers Zuma Dogg the biggest "I TOLD YOU SO" OF ALL TIME, as those 7 BILLION TIME LOSERS OF L.A. CITY COUNCIL held a hearing regarding "LACER PENSION REFORM" (too late, dumb-ass Councilosers), which included one guy who basically says Villaraigosa has been shady as fuck all along. I AM GOING DOWN AS A LEGEND IN THIS CITY FOR BEING SO FUCKING RIGHT ON THE BIGGEST ISSUE IN CITY & STATE HISTORY, THAT I AM STILL BEING HUMBLE AS I SAY THIS.

Dennis Zine and Bernard C. Parks say Villaraigosa should not be able to appoint the majority of members to the City Employees' Retirement System and the Fire and Police Pensions boards.

Responding to investigations of public pension systems across the country, two members of the Los Angeles City Council called Wednesday for a reduction in Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa's power to pick pension board members.

CONFIDENTAIL MEMO From Wetherly Captial Board Meeting Looks Like THEY Are The Real Governor of California

Note: There is no coincidence that an earthquake hit L.A., just as I was starting to blog this all the way from Del Mar.

As I was investigating Wetherly Capital and their involvement in PENSIONGATE 2009 that you have now heard and read so much about, I came across a former Wetherly consultant who was on retainer at the time and attending Wetherly Capital board meetings.

However, something he felt was a much bigger issue, was what he considered to be a pay-for-play (quid pro quo) regarding Vivendi and Governor Gray Davis where Wetherly executives set-up a meeting between the two, in exchange for Vivendi's contribution of 42,000 acres of valuable California "water-related" real estate for their new water fund.

At the time, Wetherly was not only backing Gray Davis for his re-election bid, but Davis' opposition Bill Simon was a Wetherly client who had hired Wetherly to help him raise a $100 million for his William Simon "special situation" fund.

Will explain the significance of all of this next time. (That editorial will take a minute, but wanted some folks to be able to see these documents now.)

HERE IS A SUMMARY OF THE MEMO FROM A WETHERLY CAPITAL MEETING that details this all. (Click on each document to enlarge.)

1. Wetherly notes of positive feedback from their CalPERS puppets on the idea of a "water fund" project which of course is a good cause to raise money for because water makes the world go round more than gold or oil. And in this case, water problems concerning the Colorado River (that we are now seeing the results of).

2. December meeting with Governor Gray Davis and USFilter (Vivendi) regarding water issues AND A PROPOSED IMPERIAL IRRIGATION DISTRICT WATER TRANSFER RELATING TO THE SALTON SEA. Davis didn't want to get involved so USFilter would have to do all the leg work without the Governor. In other words, get to do whatever they wanted, as long as Davis still gets to be Governor, in which Wetherly was heavily involved.

3. Wetherly executive (looks like Vicky Schiff) attends PRIVATE briefing on "Mexico Border Infrastructure" hosted by Baja Governor Elourdy and attended by President Vicent Fox. Strategies discussed included water and waterwaste projects being proposed along the coastal zone of Baja California.

4. Meeting where creation of water fund (CAP) with USFilter (Vivendi) as limited partner; TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHTS INTO WETHERLY/VIVENDI'S PAC WATER FUND;and other strategies, probably most of which were probably about who to hit up for money to funnel into the fund.

Private meetings with Dan Weinstein & Wetherly Capital's political allies the California Tribal leaders on the water issues relating to Colorado River, Salton Sea, etc. (You may remember Weinstein & Wetherly raising money from the Tribal leaders to pay for an "Anti-Antonio Villaragiosa" campaign when their former puppet James Hahn was running for mayor. It worked and Hahn beat Antonio. THAT story will be followed up on, next!)

8. Report titled, "Southern California's Looming Water Challenges, including Vivendi's "promotional materials" were sent to CalPERS as if they had a choice on whether they were going to contribute, or not. (Have you seen the way they run the pension commissioners?)

So although Gray Davis is "reluctant to engage," it doesn't appear as though there is any reluctance to move ahead with the project and it seems to be moving ahead nicely, with promotional material sent over to CalPERS in a binder!

I don't care if you tell him to step down, or Mr. Jackson, I don't care if you hand in your resignation voluntarily.

Bottom line, Zuma Dogg has too much on Jackson and his involvement with Wetherly over the years, and Wetherly and Jackson now knows that Zuma Dogg knows...

SCANDALOUS: Ziman/Wetherly Attorney William Jackson Is ALSO Chairman of Community Redevelopment Agency (HELL NO!)

This little name/piece of the corruption puzzle is a very critical straw that Zuma Dogg feels is going to be the BIG ONE!!! Remember this post. Remember this name: William H. Jackson of the CRA and Wetherly Capital's lead attorney and mess getter-outter. OH, is this going to be a shady-fest. The G-force is gonna be intense!

If there is one agency that has caused me more stress and strife as an activist it's the CRA, which I call "Community Robbing A-holes," although the "A" really stands for agency. How fitting that the shadiest agency in the county, part of the Grand Ave Project debacle and an evil, evil agency (trust me) that the Chairman of the CRA also happens to be Richard Ziman's Wetherly Capital LONG TIME attorney, and goes way back with Wetherly's c0-founding, co-manager (and Dan Weinstein's co-managing partner) Vicky Shiff, if I remember correctly, that pre-dates Wetherly.

AND, my inside source on a lot of this Wetherly pension scandal has sent me more than one memo on William. AND NOW, Zuma's other big source on this story (author of "Richard Ziman - Placement Godfather") seems to think we should be looking into L.A.'s own "Slick Willie."

WILLIAM H. JACKSON III, ESQ. – A SIMPLE REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY DOING HIS CIVIC DUTY OR A GEAR IN DICK ZIMAN'S –OOPS, I MEAN WETHERLY'S CORRUPTION MACHINE?

William H. Jackson , Chairman William Jackson was appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles (CRA/LA) by Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and approved by the Los Angeles City Council on October 12, 2005. Mr. Jackson is Chairman of the CRA/LA.

If one goes onto the Pircher, Nichols & Meeks website and looks at the profile of William H. Jackson III one will discover that Mr. Jackson went to Stanford Undergraduate, where he received his bachelors in economics, and then continued his education at Stanford Law School. One will also learn that Mr. Jackson has had some major civic roles in Los Angeles, including being the former President of the Board of Commissioners for the City of Los Angeles Fire & Police Pension System and the current Chairman of the Board of Commissioners for the City of Los Angeles' Community Redevelopment Agency. Further reading of Mr. Jackson's own profile states that his practice areas include representation of commercial real estate joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and financing. Mr. Jackson makes a special note that his practice areas also include real estate development and the formation of private real estate funds.

One would think that a person that puts funds together for a living and represents clients in development of real estate would have conflict after conflict sitting on the board of a Los Angeles public pension plan or sitting on the board of the community redevelopment agency. This conflict is further questioned when one realizes that Jackson does a lot of legal work for –yes you guessed it- Wetherly Capital and BIG DICK ZIMAN's real estate fund AVP, and previously, Jackson did legal work for Ziman's Arden Realty. In reality, it was none other than Dick Ziman and Dan Weinstein that used their political clout to get their puppet, Jackson, appointed to these prestigious and powerful boards.

Jackson has been, and continues to do, the bidding of his masters, Weinstein and Ziman. The authorities must look into the work that the CRA has done. Has Jackson used his political appointments to inappropriately assist Ziman/Wetherly/Weinstein clients? Did Jackson improperly steer public pension funds to Wetherly clients. One must only imagine the amount of money Ziman/Wetherly/Weinstein made by controlling these two boards.

Is it a mere coincidence? The former chair of LAF&P was on the Ziman/Wetherly/Weinstein payroll and that Sean Harrigan, the most recent chair of LAF&P (recently forced to resign), was also on the Ziman/Wetherly/Weinstein payroll? I think not!!

Let's get to the root of the issues. Again, Ziman is the Godfather of Los Angeles corruption.
