LAUSD Teachers Face Schwarzenegger's Axe: Governor Wants To Send Out Record Number of Pink Slips To California Teachers

California teachers caught in state deficit debate: School teachers and parents in Southern California protested against Governor Schwarzenegger's proposed education budget cuts that would mean teachers across the State of California would lose their jobs. An all time record high number of teacher layoff notices are expected to go out soon notifying teachers that they are out of a job.

He should start by sending a layoff notice to LAUSD mini-cluster Superintendent Antonio Villaraigrosa.
