MESSAGE TO NEW READERS:
Welcome to
LADailyBlog.com. A look inside L.A. City Hall and Board of County Stupidvisors:

With HUGE job losses already here in L.A. (including early retirement of most knowledgeable/experienced workers, with 2400 more next year, minimum) -- 2010 brings ENTIRE departments closing, loss of citywide services and ADDED homelessness on the way.

CITY COUNCIL HEARINGS SAY EVEN WORSE IN 2011.

Los Angeles is on the brink of bankruptcy and complete "all hell breaks loose" scenario. City Hall is headed straight for the iceberg at full steam ahead. The mayor's top issue is "Greening of L.A." amidst the crisis. You are not going to solar panel your way out of THIS crisis, you dumb mayor of Los Angeles.

Stop being a lobbyist for the "green energy corporations," move AWAY from Bill Clinton's jock strap -- take you head out of your ass -- AND PUT IT BACK INTO THE REAL ISSUES...A HISTORIC BANKRUPTING CRISIS THAT CONFRONTS YOU, ANOTONIO!!!

COME OUT OF DENIAL...ARE YOU FUCKING MAD???? THE LAST THING ANYONE NEEDS TO HEAR ABOUT, RIGHT NOW, IS SOLAR PANELS AND "GREENING" ANYTHING. THE CITY WON'T BE ABLE TO FUNCTION AFTER ANOTHER 2,400 (PLUS, PLUS, PLUS) WORKERS ARE NO LONGER WORKING FOR THIS CITY THAT IS ALREADY TOO OUT OF CONTROL TO MANAGE, AS IT IS!!!

2010 is a disaster film for L.A....2011 is a HORROR FILM!

Anyway, L.A. County politics...It's a lot of fun to read about. (Politics and comedy -- at the same time.) Here's some recent postings:
