NOTE: L.A. City Council President Eric "Garshady" Garcetti wraps up his (final) term as President? New vote for next term during the Council meeting on Friday, July 1st. Word is Herb Wesson has the votes to become next Council president. (Eric is supposed to be stepping down to focus on his mayoral candidacy.) Zuma Dogg has been conspiratorial as to why he hasn't announced an exploratory committee to being fundraising, since the other city hall candidates (plus Austin Beutner) already have raised over $200,000, each. The conspiracy theory running through ZD's hopeful mind is he has to wait, cause his office has been questioned by the FBI over the Bonnie Brae affordable housing project in his district. As a former L.A. Mayoral candidate, I've been asked if I am going to run in the next election. I've always said, "Hell, no! I live a block from the beach and wanna enjoy retirement life."

But then I heard this sh*t about Villaragiosa telling LAPD not to write tickets to some people, while ZD gets maximum crackdown. PLUS, I heard the nasally, cackling, hideous and insidious voices of Janice Hahn going off in my head. (A side effect of my "PGS" - Post Gadfly Syndrome.)

SO, THE HULK JUICE SEEMS TO BE BACK, BABY!!! I'M RED HOT, AND READY TO HEAD DOWN TO THE CITY CLERK ELECTION DIVISION TO FILE PAPERWORK TO RUN FOR L.A. Mayor in 2013.



It's not about winning...it will allow me to have access to newspaper, radio and TV media through the interviews they allow ALL candidates. So I will be able to BLAST THE F*CK out of Antonio Villaraigosa, even though he isn't running, and refer to all the ways he caused all problems we are suffering now, as a result.

I WILL EXPOSE HARDCORE COMMISSIONER APPOINTMENT CORRUPTION ON VILLAR'S PART -- AND BLAST THE DETAILS OF "PENSION FRAUD 101" (The post that had a City Hall insider call ZD to say the mayor was flipping over the post...SO I KNOW THAT'S HIS NERVE...AS IT SHOULD BE!!!)



AND I WILL BE THERE TO EXPOSE GARCETTI FOR THE SHADY, PUSSY-BOY, CLOWN THAT HE IS. Wendy...we'll...shooting fish in a barrel.

AND I'LL TELL EVERYONE TO VOTE FOR AUSTIN BEUTNER!

We'll see if I'm STILL this smokin' hot, tomorrow...but I THINK it's inevitable. I just have too much inside knowledge of how L.A. just went broke, after five years of extensive investigation. Austin, my man...you're WAY better at making money, than Zuma Dogg...but when it comes to being your own political spin guy...not so much.

Zuma Dogg on Zev Yaroslavsky As L.A. Mayoral Candidate

SUMMARY: DO NOT VOTE FOR ZEV YAROSLAVSKY FOR L.A. MAYOR! (Look at his record and performance as Los Angeles Board of County Stupidvisors.)

Board of County Supervisors (BOS) are FAR WORSE than L.A. City Council; and based on my review of Stupidvisor Yaroslavsky's performance, at the BOS meetings, as televised throughout the county...MOE HOWARD'S ESTATE CALLED: They say, "Ceast and Desist on the 'Moe from 3 Stooges' Act."

So Zev is a career politician, who has sat on his lazy, bureaucratic ass for twenty years, or so, in the same seat, as the county slid right into the toilet, under his brilliant analysis, assessments and voting record. (He paid $200,000 to have his social network set up for him. (Didn't YOU set up you facebook, twitter and blog, for free, by yourself? Even if he had to pay someone to do it, $200,000??? What does HE care...not HIS money.)

So more to come on Zev "The 4th Stooge" Yarboslobsky: But finally, here's what concerns me about his campaign for mayor, if he chooses to run. (And I say he still might not run, cause Austin Beutner, the city hall-backed candidate, has retained the political consulting services of Ace "Avril" Smith. So that means Zev is gonna be DESTROYED in the mailer attack campaign. And Ace is known to get UGLY. REEEEEEEEEEEEEEAL U-G-L-Y!!! (So I don't know if Zev wants to endure that type of whipping.)

But here's what concerns me about Zev's campaign (positive for Zev): He's currently a long-standing Board of County Supervisor. He has union support and big support from his years and years in that position. And BOS is WAY bigger than City Council, in the fact that they oversee more and make decisions on much bigger money and projects. And everyone knows, these elected officials benefit in their campaigns by the leverage and even infrastructure of their office and position. And here's why:

Imagine if you are a big shot who DOES NOT SUPPORT ZEV and he wins?: OH MAN, are YOU on the out...better take your chances with Zev!!! Because, guess what? If he LOSES...oh no...his ass is still "Krazy Glued" to his BOS seat, and he'll still be voting on all those big projects and money. (Hope you don't have business with the city OR county, if you don't support Zev.)

I don't think any of these amateur. chump-change councilmembers will me able to mount the political infrastructure to beat Austin and Zev in the run-off. (Even though I think Jan Perry will surprise people with the amount of support and money she raises, out of the gate, compared to Garcetti. And Wendy...buh bye! City Hall threw you under the bus on the "Gold Card" ticket fix story, letting everyone know, you either HAD to know about it, or were a moron. Plus, you are too cold and do not even have the ability to be warm and fuzzy, like the despicable Antonio, Garcetti and these other phonies. AND AGAIN...it ain't gonna be the smooth sailing, like it was when you ran for controller against two grass root candidates with $50 bucks spent, between them. (You'll be fighting for union/billionaire share by TOO many other elected insiders. Riordan is backing Austin...when YOU used to be his gal. May as well pull the plug now, to save face on election day.)

So Zev will get support, cause if not...you're almost screwed, either way.

But Zuma Dogg predicts Austin Beutner would DEFEAT Zev Yaroslobsky in a run-off, because ULTIMATELY, people will have had enough of the same, old, tired, elected officials...Ace Smith will DESTROY ZEV in the run-off election...and all the movers and shakers have already fallen in love with Beutner -- and the more who meet him, the more who will jump on his bandwagon.

Anyway...whoever decides to run...if Zev runs...vote for ANYONE ELSE! (And you have a nice day!)

MARKETING STRATEGY: You can say, "Well, Gee...I'm goin' with AusinForLA.org and aren't going with those other blog/website brands using the word, "For Mayor" or "blogspots." BUT, now they exist and are out the in the public domain. And they are going to be the ones that move up to the top of the search engine rankers, as they already are, this early on. If no one wants to take them over (either to operate, or to keep off the market, to keep focus on their own web site, exclusively...OR to enhance their effort, by using this network to re-direct to their own site)...I will operate them, myself, for people who want to follow Austin during the campaign. I'm not gonna point the links to porno sites, or anything nutty. BUT, if YOU wanna control the landscape with your own strategy and message...be my guest. Cause you also gotta keep in mind, I'm "off the chart" bipolar, and can get cranky at any time, and use the network to post nutty/angry/cranky Zuma Dogg videos on this newly expanded social media platform. (This post alone is probably embarrassing enough, cause like the Beatles, it's goin' STRAIGHT TO THE TOP OF THE CHARTS! The Google engine search charts.)

THIS DECISION, NOW, CAUSE I DID ENJOY A VERY NICE DAY OF RETIREMENT, TODAY...AND WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY/WANT TO GO DEEPER INTO RETIREMENT AND LEAVE THE BLOGGING TO PAID PROFESSIONALS, OF WHICH I AM NOT. (holla.)

WHY DID I TAKE ON THIS TASK, IF I WOULD KINDA WANNA RETIRE (DON'T NEED THIS SH*T)/INSIGHT INTO THE MIND OF ZD: Although a ways away, the mayoral season already seems to be heating up. And I am a BIG FAN of Austin and think he's the ONLY person to POSSIBLY consider, of the candidates who have announced, so far. (And including the ones, like Zev, who are being discussed, as well.) So I searched for some of the website and blog domain URLs that ZD felt would be most desirable for an "Austin Beutner" internet campaign, and I saw there was a lot of wide open territory (available URLs). So at that point...here's where the ZD "bipolar-push" kicks in: If I don't sign these names up, won't be long before someone else does. And that could be someone who DOES plan to use them for nefarious, political operative purposes. So I did what I always do...I signed them up, now...and it can be sorted out amongst friends, later. (Rather than having your opponent keep them NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY YOU OFFER!)

Zuma Dogg on Austin Beutner vs Kevin James as L.A. Mayoral Candidates

I know people might expect ZD to be excited about Kevin James running for mayor, and it would be fun to be able to jump on that bandwagon and throw it against the city council candidates. But two things:
1) I do NOT begrudge Austin Beutner for being a brilliant, genius businessman who became a billionaire. When I hear him speak, I am always inspired -- despite his mild-mannered, shy/inward, lack-of-charisma delivery. AND, I do not begrudge him for being brought on board by the mayor to help get a handle on things. IT PROVIDED BEUTNER WITH THE MOST INSIDE WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE CITY, AT ALL DEPARTMENTAL LEVELS. And he has an amazing aptitude for assessing the situation and figuring out the TRUE/non-crybaby solution. YOU CAN'T TOUCH THAT!

2) Just because Kevin James is a good talk show host, does not qualify him for mayor. I think a talk show host COULD be a great mayor. But, for all of Kevin's knowledge, it's about the same as any other city watch dogg/activist/blogger. He showed up at city hall for public comment, once or twice...and attended neighborhood council meetings. But how are you going to step in and hit the ground running. (It's a pretty complex/complicated gig. And that's just to find the bathroom!) On the air, if you listen to his show, he just reads articles out of the Daily News and L.A. Times, then comments on how bad the situation is, and how we can change it at the polls. BUT, after listening for five years, I am still yet to hear Kevin offer a solution to anything besides, "vote them out." I am yet to hear him expose anything he took upon himself to investigate. (Again, reading an article out of the newspaper is mostly of benefit to the blind.) His show DOES serve a good purpose, anyway, cause it's further exposure and raises further awareness.

So listen to Kevin's show, Mon-Fri @12mid on 870 KRLA and Sunday morning @ 9am. I listen to it as much as possible. (Here's the link to his podcast page.) BUT, that doesn't mean he would make a good mayor, just cause he's a good demagogue. I would be ALL OVER Kevin's campaign...supporting it to the nutty-fullest. Because having a "grass roots/outsider" is something nice to have in the election, cause he will raise awareness and bring things up. But, when you listen to Austin Beutner, and answers he gives to problems, after overseeing all city departments at a doctor's/mechanic's inside view...I can't turn myself into a joke, just cause I like the other guy's radio show.
