Will someone please write Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa for this massive water wasting. I think Schwarzenegger should be on the next high speed rail from Sacramento to L.A. to yell at the mayor over this. How many glasses of banned water at a restaurant could have been filled by all of this water-wasting! Oh...the humanity!!! If you are a Sierra Club member...PLEASE, don't watch this video...YOU WILL BE SCARRED FOR LIFE! Meanwhile, the mayor has shortened the hours you can water your lawn because they just doubled the fines.
